European and Polish Patent & Trade Mark Attorney
Monika Zielińska is an advocate and trademark attorney whose key areas of practice include: trademarks, arbitration, licensing, copyright, advertising and competition law. She represents clients in administrative and litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and also in civil court and court-administrative proceedings.
She has over 20 years of experience in handling a large portfolio of industrial property matters. She has authored many legal opinions in the field of trademarks, industrial designs, unfair competition or copyright. She provided consultancy on intellectual property protection and advertising law to the companies from various sectors, such as advertising, food or motor industry, and also non-governmental organizations and cultural institutions.

Apart from having a Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law & Administration at the Warsaw University and later a postgraduate diploma at IP studies at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Monika has a broad educational background in other areas. She is the holder of a diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw – the Faculty of Sculpture, and from interdisciplinary postgraduate studies at the Graduate School for Social Research at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
