Aleksandra Kryśka is a patent and trademark attorney and handles a wide range of issues relating to the protection of trademarks and domain names. She represents clients in administrative and litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office (PPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also appears before the courts in court-administrative proceedings.
Her career at PATPOL started in 2003. Ms. Kryśka studied at Warsaw University, obtaining an LLM from the Faculty of Law and Administration and later a postgraduate diploma in IP studies. Ms Kryśka also completed a special module on Community trademarks at the University of Alicante in Spain.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and MARQUES.
