European Patent Attorney
Agata has graduated from Warsaw University with an MA degree in Chemistry, specializing in analytical chemistry.
She is Polish Patent Attorney since 2016. In 2018 she passed the European qualifying examination (EQE).
Her main field of practice are chemical inventions, mainly applications for novel compounds. Currently she is dedicated to work with mechanical inventions as well.
In her everyday practice she mostly deals with Polish, PCT and European patent applications at any stage: filing, examination, grant, post grant services.
In her everyday work she is responsible for representing clients before the Polish Patent Office, European Patent Office or WIPO. She drafts patent applications and advices on filing strategies in the PCT, EPC, Polish Patent System. She conducts patent searches (patentability and freedom to operate) in the databases of the Polish Patent Office and EPO, as well as other commercial databases, drafts legal opinions and verifies translations of European Patents validated in Poland.
