Anna Zakrocka
Trademark attorney, Head of Trademarks
Education: Warsaw University of Technology – MSc in mechanics; Postgraduate Intellectual Property Studies at Jagellonian University in Krakow. Patent and trademark attorney since 1999; European patent attorney. Member of INTA, ECTA, ITMA and MARQUES. She represents Polish and foreign clients before the Polish Patent Office, the Polish courts and OHIM. Her practice covers mainly trademark prosecution and litigation, counseling and opinion work in trademark protection matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, as well as conducting trademark searches. Anna is known for her contributions to various IP publications addressed to foreign and Polish readers, both the professional and non-professional ones. For a number of years she has worked on the INTA Bulletin committee for law and practice, Europe & the Middle East, and now she is on INTA parallel imports committee. In addition, she is a member of the Trademark Law and Practice team at MARQUES.
