PATPOL was founded in 1966 as a state-owned company specializing in intellectual property protection under the guidance of the Polish Chamber of International Trade. Since then, the firm has uninterruptedly existed for 45 years, winning itself a worldwide reputation for its professional advice to a vast clientele. After political transformation and turning Poland into a free market economy, in 1992 PATPOL became a private patent and trademark attorneys firm, and now is one of the few intellectual property law firms in Poland with such long history and tradition. Regardless of the changes over time, our company name has remained a mark of professionalism and reliability.
